Outline of Awards

Barker Brooks is extremely pleased to announce the launch of the Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards 2010. The Awards are open to individuals and companies working in the field including solicitors, barristers, insurers, rehabilitation providers, claims management companies and other associated services.

Following the success of last year's awards and the wonderful support that we received from the sector as a whole, we look forward to building on the good work of 2008 and 2009 in making the 2010 awards better than ever! With this in mind we have tasked ourselves with the following mission statement:

"The Personal Injury Awards provide a unique opportunity to highlight and celebrate the excellence of individuals and organisations across the personal injury claims sector. They bridge the partisan 'claimant/defendant divide' by encompassing all professionals and key service providers working in this field. The objectives of the Awards are to identify high standards of practice and to inspire others to emulate the achievements demonstrated by those who have been shortlisted."
